CHAP. 307.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 32128](/us/bill/61/hr/32128).][[Private, No. 275](/us/pvtl/61/275).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePensions.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Washington C. Whitthorne, late of Company A, SecondPensions.Washington C. Whitthorne. Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Otto Gimm, late of Company D, Twelfth RegimentOtto Gimm. Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month.
The name of William Caldwell, late of Company K, Fourth RegimentWilliam Caldwell. Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Sarah Holley, widow of Washington C. Holley, lateSarah Holley. of Company A, Twenty-fifth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Stewart until they reach the age of sixteen years. The name of Thomas C. Acton, late of Company K, Ninth RegimentThomas C. Acton. United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Thomas Costello.The name of Thomas Costello, late of Company D, Eighteenth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. James H. Tillman.The name of James H. Tillman, late colonel First Regiment South Carolina Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Thomas F. Joyce.The name of Thomas F. Joyce, late of Company K, Thirteenth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month.
Linda F. Holmquist.The name of Linda F. Holmquist, widow of John A. Holmquist, late of Company A, Twenty-ninth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pension increased.John W. Harris.The name of John W. Harris, late of Captain Nat Benton’s company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Caffee, widow of Arthur G. Caffee, late lieutenant, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Arthur G. Caffee until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Pension.John T. Breeson.The name of John T. Breeson, late of Company A, Forty-third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
