CHAP. 307.— An Act For the relief of Demon S. Decker. June 17, 1910.[[H. R. 23388](/us/bill/61/hr/23388).][[Private, No. 102](/us/pvt/61/102).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration of Demon S. Decker. Military record corrected.any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Demon S. Decker, who was a first lieutenant of Company G, Fifty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a first lieutenant of said company and regiment on the third day of April, eighteen *Proviso.* No pay, etc.hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
