CHAP. 304.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 17, 1910.[[S. 6738](/us/bill/61/s/6738).][[Private, No. 99](/us/pvt/61/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1807pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Harry E.
Wagner, late of Company A, Twentieth Regiment Pensions increased. Harry E. Wagner.Kansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Charles J. Snyder, late of Company D, Fifteenth Regiment Charles J. Snyder.Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Louis H. Duryee, late of Company E, Battalion Engineers, Pension.

The name of William W. Bishop, late of Troop C, First Regiment William W. Bishop.United States Cavalry, and Sixty-sixth Company, Coast Artillery, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month.
