CHAP. 303.— An Act For the relief of John Lee, alias James Riley. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 30160](/us/bill/61/hr/30160).][[Private, No. 271](/us/pvtl/61/271).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationJohn Lee, alias James Riley.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, John Lee, alias James Riley, now a resident of Kansas, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company E, Forty-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and United States Navy, on the ninth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-five:
Provided, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 4, 1911.
