CHAP. 303.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 17, 1910.[[S. 6073](/us/bill/61/s/6073).][[Private, No. 98](/us/pvt/61/98).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Jeremiah J.
Hannon, late of Company E, Second Pension increased. Jeremiah J. Hannon.Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of William H. Mullins, late of Company K, Thirtieth Pensions. William H. Mullins.Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. The name of Thomas Smith, late of Company L, First Regiment Thomas Smith.Tennesee Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month.

George Baldey.Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and lieutenant colonel Sixty-fifth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry and brevet brigadier-general United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

The name of Edmond Damour, late of Company D, Second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Parker, late of Company B, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Mary P. Eastman. The name of Mary P. Eastman, widow of James E. Eastman, late captain Battery L, Second Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Charles Thomas. The name of Charles Thomas, late of Captain Carter’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Barnard, late colonel of engineers, United States Army, and brigadier-general United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of hat she is now receiving. Julia Walke. The name of Julia Walke, wit ow of Henry Walke, late rear-admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
