CHAP. 302.— An Act For the relief of Elmer P. Kerr. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 20136](/us/bill/61/hr/20136).][[Private, No. 270](/us/pvtl/61/270).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Elmer P. Kerr.Enlistment in Army authorized. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to cause the enlistment in the army of Elmer P. Kerr, late a private of Troop H, Eighth Regiment United States Cavalry. Approved, March 4, 1911.
