CHAP. 30.— An Act To authorize the city of Minneapolis, in the State of Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in said city. February 15, 1910.[[H. R. 12289](/us/bill/61/hr/12289).][[Public, No. 37](/us/pl/61/37).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Minneapolis,Mississippi River.Minneapolis, Minn., may bridge, Plymouth a venue to Eighth avenue. in the county of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a new bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, where an 194old bridge is now standing, from Plymouth avenue north, on the west side of said river, to Eighth avenue northeast, on the east side of said river, in the city of Minneapolis, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1910.
