CHAP. 296.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 16, 1910.[[H. R. 24739](/us/bill/61/hr/24739).][[Private, No. 96](/us/pvt/61/96).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.
Dennis Desmond. The name of Dennis Desmond, late of Company D, Eighty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William Warren. The name of William Warren, late of Company K, Forty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Jacob F. Kull. The name of Jacob F. Kull, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and jury him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
