CHAP. 293.— An Act For the relief of David F. Wallace. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 3982](/us/bill/61/hr/3982).][[Private, No. 261](/us/pvtl/61/261).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* David F. Wallace.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws, David F. Wallace, who was a private of Company M, Fifth Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on *Proviso*.No prior pension.the fourth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
