CHAP. 293.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 16, 1910.[[S. 8400](/us/bill/61/s/8400).][[Private, No. 93](/us/pvt/61/93).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Elijah I.
Smith, late of Company I, Eighty-first Regiment Pensions increased. Elijah F. Smith.Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Daniel B. Elkin, late of Battery B, Kentucky Volunteer Daniel B. Elkin.Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Spencer M. Hillebert, late of Company A, Thirty-second Spencer M.

The name of Guy Glessner, helpless and dependent child of Peter Glessner, late of Company E, Cass County (Missouri) Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
