CHAP. 290.— An Act To refund to the Gate of Heaven Church, South Boston, Massachusetts, duty collected on stained-glass windows. March 4, 1911.[[S. 9874](/us/bill/61/s/9874).][[Private, No. 258](/us/pvtl/61/258).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Gate of Heaven Church.Refund of duty to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to the Gate of Heaven Church, South Boston, Massachusetts, the sum of three thousand eight hundred and thirty-two dollars and fifty-nine cents, collected as duty on stained-glass windows. Approved, March 4, 1911.
