CHAP. 284.— AN ACT To authorize the Manhattan City and Interurban Railway Company to construct and operate an electric railway line on the Fort Riley Military Reservation, and for other purposes. March 4, 1911. 1363 *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of the United StatesFort Riley, Kans.is hereby given to the Manhattan City and Interurban Railway Company, a corporation existing under the lawsManhattan City and Interurban Railway Company gran ted right of way across reservation.of the State of Kansas, to locate, construct, maintain, and operate a line of electric railway upon the military reservation of 1’ort Riley, in Geary County, State of Kansas, upon such location and under such regulations and conditions as shall be approvedApproval, etc.by the Secretary of War.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amendAmendment., or repeal this Act is hereby specially reserved. Approved, March 4, 1911.
