CHAP. 281.— An Act For the relief of James K. P. Wayman. June 9, 1910.[[H. R. 19887](/us/bill/61/hr/19887).][[Private, No. 90](/us/pvt/61/90).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America Congress assembled,* That in the administration of James K. P. Wayman. Military record corrected.the pension laws find the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, James K. P. Wayman shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company G, Fifty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on the twenty-eighth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* *Proviso.* No prior pension.That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
