CHAP. 280.— An Act For the relief of Charles Kehoe. June 9, 1910.[[H. R. 18556](/us/bill/61/hr/18556).][[Private, No. 89](/us/pvt/61/89).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Charles Kehoe. Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Charles Kehoe, who was a private of Company E, Twenty-ninth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the thirty-first day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-six: *Provided,* That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
