CHAP. 28.— An Act For the relief of Willard Call and John M. Wyatt. January 26, 1911. [[H. R. 25057](/us/bill/61/hr/25057).] [[Private, No. 185](/us/pvtl/61/185).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Willard Call and John M. Wyatt. Cancellation of warehouse bond. That upon the production of satisfactory evidence to him of the death at the port of El Paso, Texas, on or about November fifth, nineteen hundred and nine, of a certain horse imported under provision of paragraph four hundred and ninety-three of the tariff Act of nineteen hundred and nine, the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to cancel a certain warehouse bond numbered twenty-six, of date October twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and nine, executed by Willard Call as principal and John M.
Wyatt as surety, in accordance with the provisions of said paragraph four hundred and ninety-three of the tariff Act of nineteen*Ante*, p. 72. hundred and nine, and filed with the collector of customs at the port of El Paso, Texas. Approved, January 26, 1911.
