CHAP. 277.— AN ACT To extend the time for commencing and completing the construction of a dam authorized by the Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River in the county of Morrison, State of Minnesota,” approved June fourth, nineteen hundred and six. March 4, 1911. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the time for commencing and completing the construction of the Mississippi River.dam, canal, and other structures authorized by the Act of CongressTime extended for dam across, in Morrison County, Minn., by Pike Rapids Power Company.approved June fourth, nineteen hundred and six, and its amendatory Act Vol. 34, pp. 210,1220.approved March second, nineteen hundred and seven, to be built across the Mississippi River, in Morrison County, Minnesota, is hereby extended one year and three years, respectively, from July first, nineteen hundred and eleven: *Provided,* That except as may be otherwise provided in the aforesaid Acts, the construction, maintenance, and operation of the said structures therein authorized, shall be subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of the Act Vol. 34, p. 386.approved June twenty-third, nineteen hundred and ten, entitled “An Act to amend an Act entitled ‘An Act to regulate the constructions of dams across navigable waters,’ approved June twenty-first, nineteen hundred and six.
” Sec.2.That the right to alter, amendAmendment., or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 4, 1911.
