CHAP. 275.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 7, 1910.[[H. R. 21754](/us/bill/61/hr/21754).][[Private, No. 87](/us/pvt/61/87).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.
Robert C. Foster. The name of Robert C. Foster, late of Company K, Forty-fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Mary Walsh. The name of Mart Walsh, dependent mother of William S. Walsh, late of Company C, First Regiment United States Volunteer Engineers, war with Spain, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Dewey C. Shaw. The name of Dewey C. Shaw, late of Company H, Third Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
James C. Burwell. The name of James C. Burwell, late of Company K, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Adolph Weil. The name of Adolph Weil, late of Troop E, Third Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. William L. Williams. The name of William L. Williams, late of Captain John H. Conner’s company, Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
William B. Reagan. The name of William B. Reagan, late of Captain W. A. A. Wallace’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William W. Parker. The name of William W. Parker, late of Captain Blackwell’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Charles H. Nimitz. The name of Charles H. Nimitz, late of Captain McCulloch’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James M. Low. The name, of James M. Low, late of Captain J. H. Conner’s company, Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. George W. Light. The name of George W.
Light, late of Captain Ford’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Anton L. Berger. The name of Anton L. Berger, late of Captain G. H. Nelson’s company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Joseph H. Harris. The name of Joseph H. Harris, late of Captain J. H. Conner’s company, Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1763 The name of John H.

Hopkins. The name of Thomas X. Hopkins, late captain Company A, First Regiment Georgia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate, of fifteen dollars per month. Martha Jones. The name of Martha Jones, widow of Frank F. Jones, late of Company F, Thirteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the five minor children of said Frank F. Jones until they reach the age of sixteen years.
John W. Tilly. The name of John W. Tilly, late of Company D, Sante Fe Battalion, Missouri Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pension increased. Jesse W. Dabbs. The name of Jesse W. Dabbs, late of Company K, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pensions. Lewis W. Culter.
The name of Levis W. Culler, late of Company I, Thirty-fourth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Emma C. Wiese. The name of Emma C. Wiese, widow of Frank J. Wiese, late of Company C, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the four minor children of said Frank J. Wiese until they reach the, age of sixteen years.
Sarah E. Kerns. The name of Sarah E. Kerns, widow of Moses E. Kerns, alias Edward Kerns, late of Company M, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the two minor children of said Moses E. Kerns until they reach the age of sixteen years. Pensions increased. John H. Border. The name of John H. Border, late of Company A of Instruction, General Service, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Michael Morris. The name of Michael Morris, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. William J. Birge. The name of William J. Birge, late first lieutenant, Company D, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Pension increased. William Cunningham. The name of William Cunningham, late of Companies K and A, Third Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Smith’s Regiment of Cavalry, Nauvoo Legion, Utah Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Phillip Smith. The name of Phillip Smith, late of Captain Lyman L.
