CHAP. 275.— AN ACT To authorize the Central Vermont Railway Company to construct a bridge across the arm of Lake Champlain between the towns of Alburg and Swanton, Vermont. March 4, 1911.[[H.R. 31652](/us/bill/36/hr/31652).][[Public, No. 515](/us/bill/36/pl/515).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Un ited States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Central Vermont Railway Company, Lake Champlain.a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Vermont, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approachesCentral Vermont Railway Co. may bridge Missisquoi Bay, Alburg to Swanton, Vt.thereto across Missisquoi Bay, an arm of Lake Champlain, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, between the towns of Alburg and Swanton, in the State of Vermont, in accordance with the provisions of the ActVol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amendAmendment., or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 4, 1911.
