CHAP. 274.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 7, 1910.[[H. R. 20490](/us/bill/61/hr/20490).][[Private, No. 86](/us/pvt/61/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension increased.
Pierce J. Reynolds. The name of Pierce J. Reynolds, late of Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Emil Clafer. The name of Emil Clafer, late of United States Marine Corps, United States Navy, Avar with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. Jacob E. Roberts. The name of Jacob F. Roberts, late of Company E. Mounted Battalion Texas Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
James McMorries. The name of James McMorries, late of John S. Ford’s first company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Martin V. Lackey. The name of Martin V. Lackey, late of Captain J. D. Bagby’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James W. Kennedy. The name of James W.
Kennedy, late of Captain J. J. Grumble’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Robert H. King. The name of Robert H. King, late of Captain Rogers’s Company F, Mounted Battalion, Texas Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Cullen C. Ratliff. The name of Cullen G.
Ratliff, late of Captain J. H. Brown’s company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William A. Cole. The name of William A. Cole, late of Captain McGown’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pensions. William E. Prater. The name, of William E. Prater, late of Company H, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the. rate of seventeen dollars per month.
Clara M. Z. Moore. The name of Clara M. Z. Moore, formerly Clara M. Zellar, late nurse, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. 1761 The name of Albert M.
