CHAP. 273.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 7, 1910.[[H. R. 19403](/us/bill/61/hr/19403).][[Private, No. 85](/us/pvt/61/85).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension increased.
John Howard. The name of John Howard, late of Troop F, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Walter S. Hall, alias Walter McLaughlin. The name of Walter S. Hall, alias Walter McLaughlin, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment, United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pension increased. Sophie M. Guard.
The name of Sophie M. Guard, widow of Alexander McC. Guard, late first lieutenant, Nineteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-live dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Pension. August Pfefferle. The name of August Pfefferle, late of Company C, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. Joel W. Adkins. The name of Joel W. Adkins, late of Captain Patrick H.
Rogers’s Company F, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Anthony L. Houston. The name of Anthony L. Houston, late of Captain John Williams’s first company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. John C. Bonner. The name of John C. Bonner, late of Captain C. E. Travis’s Company E, Mounted Batallion Texas Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian wars, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Jacob Burleson. The name of Jacob Burleson, late of Captain John S. Ford’s second company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James Conner. The name of James Conner, late of John S. Ford’s second company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Nannie C. Potter. The name of Nannie C. Potter, widow of Joseph A. Potter, late major and quartermaster, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
Pensions. Helen W. Wilson. The name of Helen W. Wilson, widow of Van C. Wilson, late of Company B, Third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Van C. Wilson until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Louis H. Pennington. The name of Louis H. Pennington, late of band, Fourth Regiment Virginia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Margaret C. Fury. The name of Margaret C. Fury, widow of William O. Fury, late of Company L, Third Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the four minor children of said William O. Fury until they reach the age of sixteen years. Pensions increased. Albert Steinhauser. The name of Albert Steinhauser, late captain Company B, Forty-fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension al the rate of forty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1759 The name of Stephen A.
Kennedy, late of Company E, Third Regiment Stephen A. Kennedy.Indiana Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Welcome N. Bender, late of Company F, Twentieth Pensions. Welcome N. Bender.Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Sarah F. McKee, widow of Warren M. McKee, Sarah F. McKee.late of Thirteenth Company, Signal Corps, United States Volunteers, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

The name of Jeddie E. Rabidoux, late of Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
