CHAP. 269.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the regular army and navy and wars other than the civil war, and to certain widows of such soldiers and sailors. June 7, 1910.[[S. 5573](/us/bill/61/s/5573).][[Private, No. 81](/us/pvt/61/81).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.
Grace M. Hunt. The name of Grace M. Hunt, widow of George M. Hunt, late of Company G, Thirty-third Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of the said George M. Hunt until they reach the age of sixteen years. Pension increased. Josephus Hosier. The name of Josephus Hosier, late of Captain William B. Lewis’s company, Ninth Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pensions. Persis M. McKee. The name of Persia M. McKee, widow of Thomas McKee, late of Captain Allred’s company, Nauvoo Legion, Utah Volunteers, Utah Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Daniel Fallen. The name of Daniel Fallen, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Pensions increased. Edward R. Edmonds. The name of Edward R. Edmonds, late of Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Peter F. Pellicer. The name of Peter F. Pellicer, late of Captain Moseley’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving. Pension. Anna K. Lederer. The name of Anna K. Lederer, widow of Alexander G. Lederer, late of Company M, One hundred and fifty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Pension increased. George S. Rust. The name of George S. Rust, late of Captain Cal lister’s company, Smith's Regiment, Utah Volunteers, Utah Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. John L. Dick. The name of John L. Dick, late of Company B, United States Engineers, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. Hugh Black. The name of Hugh Black, late of Captains Parkhill and Brevart’s company, First Regiment Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Israel J. Wells. The name of Israel J. Wells, late of Captain W. H. Kendrick’s company and Captain I. J. Carter’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
