CHAP. 266.— AN ACT To authorize commissions to issue in the cases of officers retired or advanced on the retired list with increased rank. March 4, 1911.[[H.R. 24256](/us/bill/36/hr/24256).][[Public, No. 506](/us/bill/36/pl/506).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That commissioned officersCommissions.of the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps on the retired listRetired Army, Navy, and Marine Corps officers to receive, for increased rank.whose rank has been or shall hereafter be advanced by operation of or in accordance with law shall be entitled to and shall receive commissions *Ante.* p. 847.in accordance with such advanced rank.
