CHAP. 254.— AN ACT Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to issue patent to David Eddington covering homestead entry. March 4, 1911. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause patent to issue to David EddingtonDavid Eddington.for the northwest quarter of section twenty in township five north, range five east, Salt Lake meridian, in the Salt Lake land district, Utah, Homestead grant in Utah.upon proof of compliance with the homestead laws in the matter of residence and cultivation: *Provided,**Proviso.*That the patent which shall issue to the said David Eddington shall reserve the coal Coal reserved to Government.to the Government under the Act of March third, Voi. 35, p. 844.nineteen hundred and nine.
