CHAP. 253.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River near the mouth of the San Poil River, in the counties of Ferry and Lincoln, Washington. May 21, 1910.[[S. 7916](/us/bill/61/s/7916).][[Public, No. 187](/us/pl/61/187).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Columbia River. Spokane and British Columbia Railway Company may bridge, at Hell Gate. That the Spokane and British Columbia Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River, between the counties of Lincoln and Ferry, at a point on said river suitable to the interests of navigation at or near a point known as “Hell Gate” and near the mouth of the San Poil River in the State of Washington, in accordance with the provisions of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate Vol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six Sec. 2.
The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 21, 1910.
