CHAP. 251.— An Act For the relief of Edward D. Gilbert. May 19, 1910.[[H. R. 24248](/us/bill/61/hr/24248).][[Private, No. 78](/us/pvt/61/78).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration of Edward D. Gilbert. Military record corrected.any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Edward D. Gilbert, now a resident of Haddam, Connecticut, who was a private in Company I, Twenty-first Regiment Connecticut Volunteer, Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the *Proviso.* No prior pension.seventeenth day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,* That no pension or bounty shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
