CHAP. 250.— AN ACT To change the name of Messmore place to Mozart place. March 4, 1911. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the street District of Columbia.now known and designated as Messmore place and extending from Euclid street to Columbia road shall hereafter be designated Mozart place, Messmore Place designated Mozart Place.and the surveyor of the District of Columbia is hereby directed to enter such change on the records of his office.
