CHAP. 249.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. May 18, 1910.[[S. 7610](/us/bill/61/s/7610).][[Private, No. 76](/us/pvt/61/76).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.
Leonard Boardman. The name of Leonard Boardman, late of Company D, Thirty-fifth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William Cody. The name of William Cody, late of Company K, Forty-sixth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Charles E. Doying. The name of Charles E.
Dorntig, late of Company F, First Regiment Vermont Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the, rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Amos H. Denman.
