CHAP. 242.— An Act For the relief of the estate of John H. Fitzhugh, deceased. May 16, 1910.[[H. R. 18249](/us/bill/61/hr/18249).][[Private, No. 74](/us/pvt/61/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John H. Fitzhugh. Payment to heirs of.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to John H.
Fitzhugh and W. B. Fitzhugh, children and heirs at law of John H. Fitzhugh, deceased, three hundred and eighty dollars and forty-six cents, for services rendered by the said John H. Fitzhugh, deceased, as United States mail carrier on star routes numbered forty-one hundred and seventy-four and forty-nine hundred and fifty-nine, Virginia, prior to April first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
