CHAP. 238.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. May 13, 1910.[[H. R. 23095](/us/bill/61/hr/23095).][[Private, No. 72](/us/pvt/61/72).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John W.
Vannatta, late first lieutenant Company C, Pensions increased. John W. Vannatta.Eighty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1714 John M. Wild. The name of John M. Wiki, late of Company C, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William Collins. The name of William Collins, late of Company F, Eighth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Luke Tabor. The name of Luke Tabor, late of Company I, Second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. - Harvey Walters. The name of Harvey Walters, late of Company B, Seventy-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Charlotte Meyer. The name of Charlotte Meyer, former widow of Thomas Hunn, late of Company D, Ono hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

The name of Enoch Tibbetts, late of Company C, Ninth Regiment, and Company C, Sixth Regiment, New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Weatherby, late of Company C, Eleventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Martin Moore.
