CHAP. 234.— An Act For the relief of S. H. Robinson, of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. March 3, 1911.[[H. Robinson.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to S.
H. Robinson, of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the sum of twenty-six thousand nine hundred and eighty-five dollars and sixty-three cents, as compensation for the injury sustained by him because of a flood in the Allegheny River in January, nineteen hundred and seven, and being the-amount recommended to be paid him by the Chief of Engineers, United States Army.
