CHAP. 233.— An Act For the relief of Charles J. Smith. March 3, 1911.[[S. 7648](/us/bill/61/s/7648).][[Private, No. 251](/us/pvtl/61/251).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles J. Smith.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Charles J. Smith, who was a private, unassigned, Third New Jersey Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the nineteenth *Proviso*.No prior pension.day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
