CHAP. 232.— An Act For the relief of John M. Bonine. March 3, 1911.[[S. 7574](/us/bill/61/s/7574).][[Private, No. 250](/us/pvtl/61/250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration ofJohn M. Bonine.Military record corrected. the laws relating to pensions and to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers or any branch thereof, John M. Bonine, who was a captain in the First Regiment of Arkansas Cavalry Volunteers, and 2022whose name is borne on the record of said regiment as John Bonine, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said regiment on the ninth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-three:*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, back pension, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
