CHAP. 231.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. May 12, 1910.[[H. R. 23764](/us/bill/61/hr/23764).][[Private, No. 70](/us/pvt/61/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John A.
French, late acting master. United States Pension increased. John A. French.Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Permelia Klockner, former widow of Harvey C. Knox, Pension. Permelia Kleckner.late of Company A, Ninety-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate, of twelve dollars per month.
