CHAP. 23.— An Act To extend the time for the commencement and completion of a railroad bridge across the Kansas River at or near Kansas City, Kansas, in the county of Wyandotte, State of Kansas. February 3, 1910.[[S. 4891](/us/bill/61/s/4891).][[Public, No. 31](/us/pl/61/31).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the time for commencingKansas River.Time extended for bridging, by Edgewater Connecting Railway Company, Kansas City, Kans.Vol. 35, p. 612. and completing the bridge authorized by the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Edgewater Connecting Railway Company to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge across the Kansas River at or near Kansas City, Kansas, in the county of Wyandotte, State of Kansas,” approved February sixth, nineteen hundred and nine, is 192hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval of this Act.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 3, 1910.
