CHAP. 229.— An Act To perfect the title to certain land to the heirs of Henry Hyer and his wife, Julia Hyer, deceased, and other persons. May 11, 1910.[[H. R. 20306](/us/bill/61/hr/20306).][[Private, No. 69](/us/pvt/61/69).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the title of the heirs Pensacola, Fla. Title of heirs, etc., of Henry Hyer to land in, confirmed.of Henry Hyer and Julia liver, his wife, deceased, late of Pensacola, Florida, and of such person or persons as by will or otherwise, from, 1703through, or under said Henry Hyer may have claims thereto, to all that certain property in the city of Pensacola, State of Florida, particularly described as follows, to wit:
That portion of lot one hundred and forty-two, old city of Pensacola, Florida, situated at the southwest corner of Palafox and Intendencia streets, lying within the following boundaries: Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot, thence running south ninety-one feet; thence westerly eighty feet to the western boundary of said lot; thence north along said-western boundary ninety-one feet to the south line of Intendencia street; thence east along said south line of Intendencia street, eighty feet to point of beginning; he, and the same is hereby, confirmed to said persons: *Provided,* That this confirmation shall only extend to the *Proviso.* United States title relinquished.relinquishment of any title which the United States may have to said land.
