CHAP. 228.— An Act For the relief of Joshua E. Carlton. May 11, 1910.[[H. R. 9751](/us/bill/61/hr/9751).][[Private, No. 68](/us/pvt/61/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Joshua E. Carlton. Military record corrected.of the pension laws, Joshua E. Carlton shall hereafter be held and considered to have served in Company C, Sixth Regiment Tennessee Mounted Infantry, under the name Jesse Carlton, from the second day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the thirtieth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, when he was honorably *Proviso.* No prior pension.discharged: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
