CHAP. 222.— An Act For the relief of James O’Brien. May 9, 1910.[[H. R. 20658](/us/bill/61/hr/20658).][[Private, No. 65](/us/pvt/61/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration James O’Brien. Military record corrected.of the pension laws James O’Brien shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private in Company D, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, on the seventh day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-six: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage *Proviso.* No prior pension.of this Act.
