CHAP. 221.— An Act For the relief of Joseph S. Oakley. May 9, 1910.[[H. R. 18848](/us/bill/61/hr/18848).][[Private, No. 64](/us/pvt/61/64).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Joseph s. Oakley. Military record corrected.of the pension taws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Joseph S. Oakley shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a first lieutenant of Company D, One hundred and twentieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the tenth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior *Proviso.* No prior pension.to the passage of this Act.
