CHAP. 221.— AN ACT To extend the time for the completion of a bridge across Missouri River at or near Yankton, South Dakota, by the Winnipeg, Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company. March 3, 1911.[[S. 10822](/us/bill/36/s/10822).][[Public, No. 465](/us/bill/36/pl/465).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Missouri River.section six of the Act approved April fifth, nineteen hundred and four, authorizing the Winnipeg, Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company Time extended for bridging, at Yankton, S.
Dak., by Winnipeg. Yankton and Gulf Railroad Company.to construct a combined railroad, wagon, and foot-passenger bridge, across the Missouri River at or near the city of Yankton, South Dakota, as Vol. 33. p. 157.amended by the Act approved January twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and ten, be, and the same is hereby, so amended *Ante.* p. 186.that the time within which the said bridge is required to be commenced shall be within one year and the time within which it is required that the said bridge shall be completed shall be within three years from the date of the approval of this Act.
