CHAP. 217.— AN ACT To designate Saint Andrews, Florida, as a subport of entry. March 3, 1911.[[S. 10559](/us/bill/36/s/10559).][[Public, No. 461](/us/bill/36/pl/461).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Saint Andrews, Pensacola custom district, Fla.in the State of Florida, is hereby made a subport of entry in the district of Pensacola, Saint Andrews made subport of entry.and the necessary customs officers may, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Treasury, be stationed at said subport with authority to enter and clear vessels, receive duties, fees, and other moneys, R.
