CHAP. 216.— An Act To repeal section eight hundred and sixty of the Revised statutes. May 7, 1910.[[H. R. 16367](/us/bill/61/hr/16367).][[Public, No. 168](/us/pl/61/168).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, United States courts. Immunity of witnesses, etc., repealed. [R. S., sec. 860, p. 163](/us/rs/s860/p163), repealed. That section eight hundred and sixty of the Revised Statutes of the United States be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, May 7, 1910.
