CHAP. 215.— An Act For the relief of Thomas J. Irvin. May 6, 1910.[[H. R. 1084](/us/bill/61/hr/1084).][[Private, No. 59](/us/pvt/61/59).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representation of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Thomas J. Irvin. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas J. Irvin the sum of two hundred and eight dollars, and said sum of two hundred and eight dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same being the amount collected from him as the alleged surety upon the distiller’s bond of Isom F.
