CHAP. 214.— AN ACT For the relief of William H. Walsh. March 3, 1911.[[S. 9271](/us/bill/36/s/9271).][[Public, No. 458](/us/bill/36/pl/458).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the PresidentNavy.be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate, and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint William H. Walsh, William II. Walsh may be appointed ensign, retired.midshipman, United States Navy, an ensign in the United States Navy, and place him upon the retired list as such with three-quarters pay of his grade: *Provided,*Proviso.That the said William H.
Walsh shall not, by the passage of this Act, be entitled to back payNo back pay, etc.or allowances. Approved, March 3, 1911.
