CHAP. 21.— An Act For the relief of George W. Nixon. January 18, 1911. [[H. R. 22829](/us/bill/61/hr/22829).] [Private, No. 180](/us/pvtl/61/180).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* George W. Nixon. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws George W. Nixon shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service 1882 of the United States as first lieutenant of Company D, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, on the first day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That no pension shall*Proviso.*No prior pension. accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
