CHAP. 206.— An Act For the relief of Henry Halteman. March 2, 1911.[[H. R. 20603](/us/bill/61/hr/20603).][[Private, No. 249](/us/pvtl/61/249).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationHenry Halteman.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Henry Halteman, now a resident of Ohio, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Battery F, Second Regiment United States Artillery, on the eighteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
