CHAP. 205.— An Act For the relief of Charles A. Caswell. March 2, 1911. [[H. R. 26606](/us/bill/61/hr/26606).] [[Private, No. 248](/us/pvtl/61/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles A. Caswell. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Charles A. Caswell, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, out of any funds in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand and fifty-six dollars, to compensate him for the accidental death of his son, Arthur O.
Caswell, killed while in the employ of the Government on the Panama Canal. Approved, March 2, 1911.
