CHAP. 200.— An Act To authorize commissions to issue in the cases of officers of the army retired with increased rank. May 6, 1910.[[S. 1025](/us/bill/61/s/1025).][[Public, No. 157](/us/pl/61/157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That officers of the army on Army. Commissions to officers advanced on retired list. *Post*, p. 1354. the retired list whose rank has been, or shall hereafter be, advanced by operation of or in accordance with law shall be entitled to and shall receive commissions in accordance with such advanced rank.
