CHAP. 20.— An Act For the relief of Emanuel Sassaman. January 18, 1911. [[H. R. 18960](/us/bill/61/hr/18960).] [[Private, No. 179](/us/pvtl/61/179).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Emanuel Sassaman. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Emanuel Sassaman, who was a private of Company A, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the twenty-fourth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,*That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, pay,*Proviso.*No pay, etc. pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
