CHAP. 2.— An Act For the relief of Aaron Cornish. December 15, 1910. [[S. 7539](/us/bill/61/s/7539).] [[Private, No. 172](/us/pvtl/61/172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Aaron Cornish. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Aaron Cornish, who was assistant surgeon, Ninety-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the eighth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided,**Proviso.*No prior pension.
That no pension shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act. Approved, December 15, 1910.
