CHAP. 2.— An Act To authorize the Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky Railway to construct a bridge across the Cumberland River at or near the town of Gainesboro, Tennessee. January 26, 1910.[[S. 3929](/us/bill/61/s/3929).][[Public, No. 13](/us/pl/61/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Tennessee, AlabamaCumberland River.Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky Railway may bridge, at Gainesboro, Tenn. and Kentucky Railway, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Cumberland River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the town of Gainesboro, in the State of Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction ofVol. 34, p. 84. bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment, expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1910. 185
